  4. A relevant qualification in Networking or Infrastructure.
  1. 3+ years experience in a B2B customer facing, professional services, technical sales role.Working knowledge of web applications/technologies
  2. Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks

  3. Working understanding of web-based languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

  4. Confident communicator with senior stakeholders both internal and external

  5. Able to work under pressure, at pace, whilst maintaining the highest standards

  1. 3-5 years experience as a data or business intelligence analyst preferably in commercial or customer-facing teams.
  2. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to define reporting requirements, KPIs/metrics and drill-downs.
  3. Strong experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Strong experience with PowerBI or similar visualization and reporting tools, including building calculated fields, measures and datasets (DAX or equivalent).
